FT-Meter for Yaesu FT-857D and FT-897D

The LDG analogue FT-Meter is a good size 2.5" meter with calibrated scales for use with Yaesu FT-857 and FT-897 transceivers. A meter jack is provided on the bottom of the front panel of both the FT-857 and FT-897. The FT-Meter is illuminated by an external 12V DC source.

TW-1 Talking Wattmeter

The TW-1 Talking Wattmeter provides an aural spoken indication of power and SWR using a digitally recorded voice. It is ideal for the vision-impaired, or for mobile set-ups.

The TW-1 offers a continuous tone mode for tuning. Simply press and hold the Forward button, and a tone indicates power. As you adjust your amplifier or antenna tuner, a higher tone indicates higher power. The TW-1 needs just 1 watt to operate

You can select either long or short voice reports. Long reports include descriptors like “thousand” or “hundred” and end with “forward watts” or “reverse watts”. Short reports speak only the numerical value of the measurement you’ve selected for a quick reading.
